Whenever I'm on the basketball court training, there's this particular lines coach Amos always say."You play today, play tomorrow".simply means be careful,avoid injuries and play safe because that's the only way you can be able to play tomorrow and beyond.even when you're off the basketball court,stay out of trouble,eat well and have a good rest.now if you don't take of your health,how can you achieve your goals,it is only the healthy,that can reach for their goals.the sick or dead don't stand a chance.your health should be among your top priority.do the necessary things required to stay healthy.i can from scripture prove that God's wish,above all things ,is for us to prosper and be in good health.He wants us to be healthy,that's why he made healing available to all that are sick.for you to know how important healthy living is.no company want a sick staff,that's why they give medical break. In conclusion,if others joke with their health,you should not be counted among them.because it takes a fit, technical and fast athlete to win championship,likewise it takes an healthy man on his pursuit,to reach his goals.so think and act.
