Interactive session tonight ,along with a true life story.

I would love if we can make tonight an interactive session ,i would love to here from you.
 I was in a youth alive congress meeting,march edition.our topic was about Purpose(Goals). discovering ,setting and achieving it.i asked a question and i got answers and is still not satisfactory .so i need to here from external minds and i believe you guys have alot to dish out.
      The Question is: 
Discovering or setting your Purpose(goals) early in life and Discovering it late ,would both of them command the same result?
Here is a true life story about a papa(70yrs) ,name with held ,who was working as a personal driver for a professor in a prestigious university in Nigeria .each time papa comes to carry out his duty as a driver, papa would say to himself i most become a professor some day.wait a minute ,someone just sigh,yes papa continued saying it to hearing of his boss the professor who advice papa to pick up a Jamb utme form.a university entrance examination in Nigeria.which papa did pick up the form and registered in same institute his boss was working .papa wrote the exams and passed at the same time gained admission into the same institution with the  help of his boss certainly.you can image the look on those young lads faces when papa walked into the examination hall and also in school.to cut the long story short ,baba was able to graduate ,applied for masters ,graduated,applied for his PhD  and he also graduated in same institution and became a professor in one of those private university in Nigeria at the age of eighty something years. now tell me can baba command this same result as one who is much younger?

Many in dreams and purposeful pursuits,are only prepared or set their minds on the glory and famous season of their dreams and aspirations. How do I live above rejection even when I don't deserve it.

Many in the pursuit of purpose have faced the possibility of rejection, as easy as the name, rejection sounds,the experience is not what one would wish for his fellow.those who have gone through this can attest to it. Even Jesus had to suffer rejection and till date many are still rejecting Him by rejecting the gospel. You must understand that,there is no pain more personal than the pain of rejection, especially if are the innocent party,which is you can experience rejection,even if you did nothing  to deserve it. Those who way or the other violate laws and orders,are rejected by society and incarcerated and they too feels and plead to be reconsidered. How much more those that do not deserve it but yet suffers it.
