What do I do when faced with brokenness.

In 2008,July 11 &12 ,to be precise ,Tracy Bailey was the keynote speaker at the Florida institute of technology's Department of science and Mathematics Education's fiftieth anniversary reunion celebration. Bailey earned bachelor's degree in science education from the school twenty years prior and had gone on to distinguish himself as an outstanding high school teacher. So outstanding,in fact, that he found in the Rose Garden of the white House in 1993 receiving the National Teacher of the year award from President Bill Clinton and Secretary of Education Richard Riley.
Before receiving the traditional  crystal Apple at the White House,Bailey was invited to work with the Florida governor Jen Bush and Florida Commissioner of Education,Frank Brogan to create and implement Florida's new charter school law.And now he serves as the director of education policy for the Association of American Educators in Washington,D.C.
As a high school science teacher ,Tracey Bailey had a burden the at risk students who filled many of the seats in his classes . I am thrilled that my classes reached more than just high ability students and helped all student become excited about learning! I am a firm believer that nearly every student will rose to the level of expectations placed on her or him and my students continue to confirm this . He says that in the heart of every teenager is a void,a search for something worthy of commitment and his job is to help them find that one thing.
Tracey Bailey sounds like a model student who became a model teacher.
Actually, nothing could be further from the truth. Some fifteen years before he stood in the Rose Garden with President Clinton, a teenager Bailey stood before a county judge in an Indiana courtroom to be sentenced to jail. He had gone on a drunken rampage with some friends and vandelized a high school building. But getting caught and being sentence to an indiana juvenile detention centre for five years wasn't enough to break him. As he stood before the judge ,all he could think about were the words of his high school wrestling coach: he said ,  don't you ever hang your head. Don't admit defeat.the minute you do ,it's over.
Bailey entered with pride and not broken. It wasn't long ,Bailey was deeply broken.seating his deep solitary thought,it done on him of how he had made a mess of his life.while in tears,he called on God for help.
The truth here is that ,there must be a time in our Journey of purpose(life) that we will be face with brokenness.what do we do at this point,be rest assured to call on God. He is always there to answer .
